Transfer Applicants
Looking for a new path?
Are you a transfer student? DU defines a transfer student as someone who has taken, or is currently taking, college-level courses after having completed their high school education.
Every year, we welcome around 200 transfer students to our undergraduate ranks. If you've worked hard in college so far, been involved at school and in the community, and you're open to new challenges and ideas, then we hope you'll apply to join us at DU.
Financial Aid
If you're applying for financial assistance as a transfer student, you'll need to submit the FAFSA and complete a CSS Profile. Check out our detailed financial aid instructions and contact us if you need assistance. We award more than $168 million in undergraduate financial assistance annually.
Academic Programs
We offer more than 100 undergraduate academic programs, including dual-degree programs and a wide range of majors, minors and concentrations. Our philosophy is based in interdisciplinary study and hands-on learning, with opportunities for experience in the community and the professional world. Create a program that fits your interests and matches up with the coursework you've already finished. Whether you're a scientist, an artist or somewhere in between, we'll help you find the path that suits your passion.
